Rice Cooker Moroccan Farro with Apricots
1 cup italian pearled farro 3 cups no-salt vegetable broth 3/4 cup dried apricots - chopped 1 1/2 tsp Moroccan Spice (Ras al Hanout) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 2 tsp lemon juice Rinse / wash farro until water is mostly clear (about three rinses). Drain farro Combine all ingredients in rice cooker and stir, mixing well. Push "cook" button on rice cooker. When done, fluff farro with spoon. |
